Application Helpful hints:
It is important that you fill out the application as completely as you can. (Please see our ‘helpful hints’ below.) This form is the only information we will have to work with as we begin our selection and writing process. Also, note that both you and your parent or guardian must sign (type your names) on the form, giving us permission to obtain information from the school and to publish the article about you.
Email your completed & signed form to info@academicsforall.org no later than 4:00pm Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
Helpful hints:
- Be sure to keep a copy of your completed application and/or the work papers you use to prepare it. You are likely to need the same information later in this school year for other forms. The time you invest in our application can make later applications easier to complete if you keep a copy.
